The Site may contain links to third-party websites or other resources. You acknowledge and agree that EBM is not responsible for any of those links and resources. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EBM makes no warranties, representations of any kind concerning the Site and the Service, (express, implied, statutory, or otherwise) including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose. EBM does not guarantee that the functions performed by the Site and the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free, or that defects in the Site or Service will be corrected. EBM expresses no representation or warranty that the accuracy and completeness of the Content, or that the information provided by the Site or the Service is accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. 7. Indemnification
You understand that you are fully responsible for your activity and behavior on the Site. If you are in a country outside Taiwan, it is your responsibility to determine that you are in compliance with the laws of Taiwan or the laws of that country. You agree to indemnify and hold EBM, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim, suit, or action arising from or related to your use, misuse, inability to use the Services, Site, or content, or violation of these term, including liability or expense arising out of claims, losses, damages, suits, judgements, litigation cost and attorney’s fee.
8. Termination
You fully understand and agree that in EBM’s own discretion, EBM may suspend or terminate your access to the Site without prior notice if EBM believes that your use has violated the Agreement or the rights of EBM. You may stop using the Site and Service at any moment if you are not satisfied with the Site, Service, Content, or the Agreement.
9. Waiver
If we don’t or delay in exercising any right, power or privilege under these terms, it shall not be deemed as a waiver; EBM does not give up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future).
10. About these Terms
These terms control the relationship between EBM and you. They do not create any third-party beneficiary rights. We may modify these terms or any additional terms for the changes to the Service or changes to the law. You should look at the terms regularly. The Content may have errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. EBM reserves the right but is not obligated to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or to change or update the Content at any time.
