• ExCD innovated by EBM Technologies, is a stand-alone image browsing solution, allowing physicians to view patients' images stored on CDs from outside facilities immediately, and diminishing image uploading time for PACS servers. Physicians can determine if the images should be preserved to obviate the PACS servers from archiving an excessive number of images to reduce space occupancy. EXCD without system integration can be implemented offline, ensuring the existing system workflow not to be disturbed.
